Refund policy
All online orders are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to flavor preferences.
Because of their perishable nature, macarons cannot be returned.
At our discretion, Macaroner will issue a refund or an exchange due to special circumstances.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we may help correct the problem. We may require that you submit pictures of the packaging box and/or the product to help with your request.
Cancellations can be made to any order if they are submitted more than 24 hours ahead of shipping. An order that has begun to be processed cannot be cancelled.
